Hello everyone,

I joined this group a over a year ago, but this is my first post.

I thought some of you might be interested to read an article that I wrote that was just published in the journal Information Systems Frontiers. This piece deals with issues of broadband access, policy and connectivity to the DC-CAN and its broader implications.
