Berkman Center Report on DC-CAN

Hi all,

A heads up that the Berkman center just released a report on DC-CAN and the limits of the network.

I had suggested that the research assistant who contacted me reach out to others on this list. Did anyone else hear from him? It's unclear from his footnotes if he did.

Could be helpful for that meeting with Wells?
