I’m wondering how the groups other than CTSA entered their data.

Was it done through an Editor-like web based entry tool?

Hi Nancy,

For NCBO, which is one of the NCBCs, I used the Biositemap Editor
tool. I believe that Biositemaps data from Simbios (another NCBC) was
extracted from their database and converted into the Biositemap RDF
format. Peter Lyster is a good resource to provide more detailed
information for other groups.
