Hello,
I have created PR for redesign of AdminPanel to Bootstrap 4. The result can be seen here: http://46.183.65.66:8080/brixdemo/admin
I know that new design is not nicer than original but big advantage is that creators of new plugins can use Bootstrap for their UI.
Any remarks are welcomed.
