Wiki editable by non-members

Hi,

I just noticed that GitHub user https://github.com/miloqian created a new page in the Wiki today: https://github.com/brix-cms/brix-cms/wiki/Hello

According to https://github.com/brix-cms?tab=members miloqian is not a member of brix-cms.

Is there a security issue or the Wiki is open for editing by everyone ?
