Here's a thought.
Well, we started our Tea Club after a long break of summer vacation and
we started with the discussion of dates. That's good. But if we need to
continue successfully then we have to make an attempt to meet! Tea Club
needs planning, we need to be organized
and stick to the plan as we all will be not able to make it on the same date...some
of us may drop due to personal reasons and commitments but the meetings
should go on.
Planning : (Open and will appreciate all suggestions :) )
We should decide on the week - for example, the first Sunday
of every month or maybe the last Sunday of every month.
At least 5 members
should able to attend (including the host herself), and if not, then the
meeting should be the immediate following Sunday.
Too much of a gap will create boredom, and isn't fair for
everyone.
So please guys bring your views , opinion and ideas on how
we can have more successful tea club meetings.
