Dear All,

Here's a thought.  Well, we started our Tea Club after a long break of summer vacation and we started with the discussion of dates. That's good. But if we need to continue successfully then we have to make an attempt to meet! Tea Club needs  planning, we need to be organized and stick to the plan as we all will be not able to make it on the same date...some of us may drop due to personal reasons and commitments but the meetings should go on.

Planning : (Open and will appreciate all suggestions :) )

We should decide on the week - for example, the first Sunday of every month or maybe the last Sunday of every month.

At least  5 members should able to attend (including the host herself), and if not, then the meeting should be the immediate following Sunday.

Too much of a gap will create boredom, and isn't fair for everyone.

 

So please guys bring your views , opinion and ideas on how we can have more successful tea club meetings.

Hi Meena, I agree with your points.  It is important that our friends understand the importance of our group. It also helps in planning our gatherings and events with better communications.

Hi everyone,

I understand that due to various other commitments you are unable to make it to the Tea club gatherings. Based on some discussions and feedback from some of you, I understand that you no longer would like to be on the group.  No problem with that.  I thank you for showing the interest.

I'll reach out to each of those from whom there was no communication around attending or not attending in the past and then I will be happy to take those friends off from the group after confirming each one's interest.  Each of you are welcome to rejoin when you are able to.

Let me know if anyone has ideas to increase the participation within the group.
