First of all: an apology. Things have gone a bit quiet on the
SkillSwap front since the Relaunch back in September. We're sorry to
have lost Laura Francis, SkillSwap's driving force, to the
effervescent Brighton web scene.
Fear not, though, for five trusty curators have risen to carry the
torch! Joe Leech, Ed Mitchell, Jaya Chakrabarti, Oliver Humpage and
myself will share the SkillSwap organising duties.

Onwards and upwards: SkillSwap returns on Tuesday 11th December at
6.30pm for Christmas Drinks at Watershed.
We have four (count 'em!) tables reserved at the moment so we can sit
down if we want to take the weight of our plates of meat. It's a
social occasion, to celebrate the near-turning of another year but
also a chance for the new team of curators to pick the brains* of the
community regarding SkillSwap's future shape and topic coverage.
If anyone would like to informally sponsor the evening (i.e. get a few
rounds in), that would be great.
There's an event on Upcoming, where you can indicate if you plan to be there:

See you on December 11th!

Unfortunately, I'm loathe to give up the only time I get with my boys
in the day before they go to bed which clashes with the time. Sorry
to miss it, would have loved to pop down.
All the best,
Jon Tan
David, you win the "spotting the deliberate mistake" award :)
It's the 11th - sorry :o
