Change to group settings.

Hi all,

We've started to pick up spam on the group so I've changed the group
settings. New members need to be approved. I was hoping I wouldn't
need to do this but I don't think it's a big hurdle to join.

Let me know if it causes any problems.

Change of plan. I just spotted the "moderate new members" option.
Sounds a bit less heavy handed. You lot aren't exactly the most
talkative bunch so I suspect many of you are still classified as "new"
so don't be suprised if your posts don't get delivered immediately.
