My new Bristol 40 has 13 hull penetrations. Arrgggh! i can find both ends of all of them except one.  Halfway up the port side of the keel about 20 in front of the prop. I can put a stick 5 inches into the hole but when i go inside the boat to look for the inside end of the stick i cant find it. The hole in the hull does not have any threads on it for a plug.  could this bee a weep hole fore the area below the watertank and above the lead? BTW this is a full keel model. Thanks for your comments.

A deck drain (scupper), or possibly head discharge?

We had a total of 15 thru hull on our 38.8.
Removed water cooled refrig. And glassed over intake and weep hole. Installed air cooled True Blue.
We also have two they hulls for heat/AC (110v) Water cooled compressor?- one thru hull is near location on ours as you describe- there is also a weep hole farther up hull on port side-
Just an FYI, we have 4 thru hulls for the head; intake for head itself, head direct out, head pump overboard, and sink drain.
We plan to re route the AC/heat intake to head intake,  glass over the current intake (the Spartan seacock handle broke, and combine the direct head out thru hull and overboard pump with y valve. Glassing over the head direct out- which is nearly inaccessible to servicing anyway.
This will reduce our thru hulls to 11!
I really like the Spartan seacocks, but servicing them all is getting old!

If the pencil stops you might have a hole thru the hull that is near the water tank or some other internal blockage.   There should not be a hole in the hull and it can’t be a weep hole at that location.

Or the seacock is closed.....
But agreed, definitely not a weep hole.

Signed this time!
