I'd like to organise a hack night (or day of the weekend) to get the bristolrb.org site all singing and dancing, or at the very least limping. Could anyone thats interested in being involved reply to this thread and we can then organise a date. What would be the preference, I guess we would need a couple of evenings or one day at the weekend to get something reasonable up.

Cheers
Jamie

Cool, are there any particular dates you'd prefer?

Please could everyone indicate their preference of dates at:

If you have any more suggestions for times/dates let me know and I'll add them.

Yep that's good to me as well. As I told you, I will only be available on the week between the 16 to the 20 of August.

Current top running dates are Thu 19th and Sat 21st. Personally I think a weekend would be slightly better as we'd have more time and could get a bit more done. I'll give it a few days and see if we get any more responses before choosing a date.

Does anyone know a designer that would be willing to help? All the ones I know are too busy at the moment.

Yea won't be able to do it the 21 :( as for designers I'll have a look.

FYI I've changed the brug github account to be an organisation which means that there is no longer a specific brug login. We can manage the brug account through our personal github accounts now. I've added myself, steve, nic and theo as admins for now, it should show up on your account dashboard when you next login.

Could anyone who's interested in working on the brug site let me know their github username so I can add them to the repository.

Thanks

My friend Aidan (he came to the July brug) is up for it, I'll get him
to say hi on the group.
I'll lend a hand with the site too.

Hey guys!

As Alex said, I'd love to help out with the design side of things and
have added my prospective availability to the calendar.

Unfortunately I don't think I'll be able to make it down to Bristol in
person this time though :(

Anyone wanting to check out my work can see a portfolio on my site

Hi Everyone,

Was there a decision on when the hack night/day is?

Tonight or Saturday were the favourites.

Hey Steve,

Sorry for being a bit slack on this! I think saturday might be the best option, is that ok with everyone?

I'm good either way. I'll be in #brug on freenode if anyone wants to
talk (My laptop is awful, so to get any work done I'll be at home on
my main computer).

It might be a good idea to get some kind of design spec in mind, so
Aidan can get us a layout ready for when we want to code it up on
saturday?
