So, Brug is next week.

I'm sure a lot of you will be present for this "Return from holiday Brug" (We should give every Brug an iteration planning name, I like that).

Anyway, does anyone has some talks lined up? Is there something you want to talk/hear about?

These days I've been working with MongoDB and MongoID, but I'm not sure I'm strong enough to do any kind of talk on those techno.

But as everyone know, next month is the Rails Rumble competition, and I'm sure most of Brugers are participating. So I would be quite happy to give a talk based on my previous experiences of the Rails Rumble and how to get sorted for this kind of competition.

Let me know if you find it interesting/stupid and if you have more talk, that would be awesome.

If not, well, that will leave us more time for beers ;)

I'll be doing a talk on the Jasmine gem and testing the trickier parts of JavaScript.

I can give a 10-minute talk on Heroku, deploying with it and the
pitfalls and workarounds it presents?

I don't have a working laptop though, so I may have to send it to
someone to show for me.

It appears that for once, I am not away next Thursday, as has happened
in the last few times I've tried to attend a BRUG.

Therefore, I should be able to make it next week, if that's alright.

Cheers,

Julian
