We are a group of runners of all ages. We meet Wednesday and Saturday mornings.
Pace is varied amongst the group, and depending on the day would be in the 4m30s per km to 5m30s per km range.
There are no costs. We catch up for coffee after our Wednesday run and breakfast after the Saturday one.
