Hi Erik,
Thank you! That was exactly the info I was looking for.
There was another painting I did for the stARTworks kickoff event of a guy sitting on a bench looking out at mountains that isn't accounted for, but everything else looks right to me.
The three custom works are ones I'm still working on, but if you need names for them for your records here are some description titles:$123.50 for a 16x20 (Golden Gate Bridge)
$97.50 for a 12x16 (Purple Sunset)
$97.50 for another 12x16 (Bridge Cables)
Thanks again!

Hi Christine!
Happy Memorial Day Weekend to you as well! I’m glad that you finally received your check as a few other of our artists haven’t seen anything yet and I know they’re getting understandably frustrated; thanks for sending some good news that these checks have in fact been sent. The breakdown is as follows:
$225 for “Drinks at the Beehive” (90% of $250 retail price)
$150 for Iain’s Norwegian Hut custom painting ($100 for completing it for the stARTworks kickoff event, $50 for Iain purchasing it that night)
And then I don’t have descriptions/details of the three additional custom works that I’m tracking that you completed/are working on but this is the limited information that I do have:
$123.50 for a 16x20
$97.50 for a 12x16
$97.50 for another 12x16
Please let me know if I’m off or if this wasn’t what you were looking for. Thanks again for your help!
Best,
Erik Wright

Hi Erik!
I received the check in the mail today. Thank you!
For my personal records, could I get a breakdown of the sales?
Hope you have a great Memorial Day Weekend!!

Christine,
Hi! I hope you are well… We missed you last night at the stARTworks launch, it ended up being a really nice event.
I wanted to make sure that we get a check in the mail to you for the work that you’ve done thus far. Because our funding is still coming through the university there are a couple hurdles that we have to jump through. The first being that I can’t cut you a check or wire money to you myself, I have to go through the bureaucracy of the school; which will just take a few extra days.
The second hurdle is that, in case the university is audited somewhere down the line, they want to ensure that they have IRS W-9 forms for any independent contractors (artists) that we’ve used to show that we aren’t pocketing the money ourselves. I don’t anticipate the IRS ever auditing the school for the dollar amount thresholds that we’re talking about (a few hundred dollars). With that being said, please fill out the attached W-9 form (name, address, check individual proprietor, social security number, sign and date) and scan it back to me at your earliest convenience. Ideally no later than Monday if possible!! Obviously I will keep your information private and this is just so that the university can cross cut a check and mail it to you. Thank you very much and feel free to call me if you have any questions or concerns!
I think we will be sending two more custom requests your way very soon!!
Best,
Erik
