Hello Parents, Families, and Community Members

We are sending this email to remind you of our upcoming Wappingers CSD budget vote on Tuesday May 21^st.  Our polls will be open from 7:30 am – 9pm.

Members of the Wappingers Central School District community will cast their vote on three important items:

·         The first is the Board of Education Adopted 2013-14 Budget.  For more information about the adopted budget please visit the Wappingers CSD Budget Information Page.

·         The second item is the 2013-14 Bus Proposition.  Information about this proposition can be found on the Wappingers CSD Budget Information page in the link.  You can also review the Bus Proposition presentation to learn more.

·         In addition to the budget vote and the bus proposition, the District is presenting a proposition to undertake critical capital improvements that, if approved, will repair aging infrastructure, improve security and enhance energy efficiency.  To learn more about this proposition please visit our Capital Improvements webpage.

Please keep in mind that one of our polling locations has changed.  If you normally cast your ballot at Sheafe Road Elementary your location is now Wappingers Jr HS.  If you are unsure of your polling location please click here.
