Fwd: BWT 2ND DRAFT - weekly update

•  attached is the 2nd draft of the 2012 budget.  you'll see the changes that were discussed at the table during the meeting.  this does not require any increase.  - - however on pg 9 - the capital items does show approximate costs.
• with the responses received, the meeting to be held prior to the annual will be at 5:30 on 12/14 here in the office.  afterwards we will then walk to the synagogue for the annual unit owners mtg
• as of this writing, there were no resumes received by Honest Ballot for candidates to run for the board.  With that, I am not posting  the memo [at this point].  may I suggest either option - [pls respond]          1 - post the notice that the incumbents are running unopposed.  Looking forward to seeing you at the annual meeting.   or   2 - post a memo informing the date for the candidates has been extended and they would need to submit their resume to honest ballot directly - via email or fax.
• elevator update - we are 40% completed for this 1st car.  the wall panels have been delivered, the motor / machine is now upstairs in the motor room.  as per new codes, we need to replace the existing enclosure for the 200A fuses and ensure the doors to the motor rooms are self closing and self locking [ these are "house" items, not part of the contract]
• lobby decorations have begun for the holidays
•  501B - fdny & nypd responded to emergency smoke conditions reported - burning toast
• T Higgins is following the old tenants [8c, 15e] for collections due BWT
• posted the supt vacancy notice on craigs list - 3 more candidates are scheduled for preliminary interviews next week

As per the lack of candidates, I wouldnt advertise the fact that we had no resumes submitted. The cutoff was the 28th. With the exception of dmitry being removed I think the board should remain as is

I would probably extend the date otherwise the board will be few persons short (dimitry being out and rubin not running for re-election) have we heard from mike iospa if he is interested?
