possible rental

i may have found a tenant for the old "tenants association" or the senior citizens room on 601 -a - lobby level.

 

he's looking for a 5 year term.

 

what i need is the info as to monthly rent, and who is he renting the room from [still not sure who is the "owner" of this space]?  with that i can ask tom h to draw up a lease agreement

 

he does kitchens & bath remodeling.  he'll be using the room as an office - no off the street traffic.  just basically phone, computer & printer.

 

something to think about -

 

item 2 - we walked thru a "scout" for the tv series "pan am".  they may want to use bwt in a scene?  no details at this point
