With the completion date of our elevators upon us, I think it is important to discuss a few topics.  Being that the stone that we picked out won't be ready until the end of the month I was thinking that we should act now and choose a camera company so that we could avoid any vandalism.  I don't think it's a great idea to run the new elevators without cameras.  If we act now I believe we can have the cameras ready for the start date of our new elevators.  If management could resend us a list of the vendors to choose from we could vote online.

With regards to fios, I see advertisements by the elevators regarding installation.  It looks like a third party trying to install fios rather then Fios itself.  I think the announcement should be on cooper square letterhead so it looks more official.

Could management resend the list of engineers to choose from so we could vote and lock in a company.  The consensus of the board members that met last week was for O'donnell.  We had 4 votes and need 1 more for a quorum

Attached is the summary of the video proposals

in the follow ups from the meeting - Caught In the Act did not include the monitors.  that is an additional $400 each

Lockdoctor can increase the memory - the 2 Tbyte would be an additional $300 each, the 4 Tbyte system would add $400 each to the price quote.  the increase of memory it would increase the storage for the playback in days.  instead of reviewing an incident in a 3 week window, we would have the opportunity to increase the storage to 4 weeks or possible more

my suggestion / recommendation - just the 2 t byte system would be sufficient.  if there was any incident, we could locate it within that time frame

thanks

caught in the act goes up - with the addition of the monitors add $800 .  that would be $15,600

lockdoctor goes up $600.  that would be $9,425

again these amounts would be total for both bldg.s -

I would recommend the increase in tbyte. For that little amount of money, its just better to have the additional space for the future. What would be the total price with the increase? How does that compare to caught in the acts prices?

Unless I'm missing something, my vote goes to lock doctor and their
Unbeatable prices
