We have originally scheduled the Candidates Night for Wednesday Dec. 7, in the Community Room of bldg 501.  Just a reminder – the Annual Meeting for the Unit Owners is scheduled for Wednesday Dec. 14, 2011 [at the Temple Beth Abraham on Seabreeze Ave, at 7:30 PM].

As of this writing there have been no applications / resumes submitted to Honest Ballot.  Please let me remind you there will be no nominations from the floor of the meeting.

All candidates need to submit their resumes through the Honest Ballot organization to ensure proper compliance.  We have extended the deadline until 4:00 PM Wednesday Dec. 7.  Look to see if there are any notices posted that would cancel this meeting – which would mean no resumes have been received.

Honest Ballot has not received any resumes of candidates who would like to run for the Board of Managers.  The Candidates night has been canceled.  Our current Board of Managers will run un-opposed, as such will remain in place until next year. 

 

Please attend the annual meeting as our accountants will give a financial status report.  We will also be discussing other information for the Brightwater Towers community.

I don't think the deadline should be extended. We are telling the tenants that there have been no resumes submitted so by default anyone that submits one now becomes elected. I think deadlines are there for a reason
