Dear Board,

  • PEG has been here to review both electrical consumption as well as our heating/mechanical systems. An executive summary is being prepared so that it will be an agenda item for our monthly Board meeting. Another energy consultant/ funding consultant has been contacted. They too are reviewing our previous consumption records. 
  • RE elevators the modernization for 601A car no.2: the cabs are expected to be installed next week. They are currently wiring the call buttons for the hall ways. 
  • We have completed the inspection on the other 7 cars (annual inspection) and Seirra as mentioned we have "passed". DOB has sent an inspector and numbers of items will be addressed with City and Seirra.
  • Continuing interviewing candidates for Super position. Where we would like to present a select few to the Board at the special meeting.  Thursday, Jan 5 @ 5:30 pm 
  • Following up: LL11 filing date is due feb.20. We need to select a professional to help with this inspection.
  • 601-10K changed kitchen drain line stack (in house labor)
  • 501 1F replaced the bathtub trap.Leak in the community room due to leak.
  • Fios is virtually complete with the renovation . Their marketing program will get started in the new year.
