in following up from  last evening's special mtg, attached is the the report [dated 010512]

the other attachment is the previous summaries of how much for the scaffolding drops as well as the other engineers who have submitted proposals for the Local Law 11 filing and remedial repairs.  there are some notes you can see from the table discussions of 10/13/11.

As we did not have a quorum to vote - this email is being sent - replies are needed [yea or nay] on the selection of O' Donnell Architects as the professional to do the inspection and filing for the 7th cycle of Local Law 11.  He held his price to $5000 for both buildings.  those present felt this is the more cost effective candidate of choice.

it may take approx 2 -3 weeks for NYC to issue the permit for the rigging of the scaffold, which takes us to the end of January.  the filing for the LL11 is due February 21, 2012 [originally the 20th, but that's "President's Day"]

the matter of who will prepare the repair specifications will be discussed at a subsequent meeting.
