Weekly Update 1/6/2012

Dear Board,

• I hope you had a wonderful holiday weekend, for the coming year we will be following up on those issues discussed. 
• Reached out to Seirra/City elevator; they are not, will not recommend any surveillance companies for the camera installation.
• Dealing with few/sporadic heat complaints. One lead to HPD coming to investigate, they found nothing wrong.  
• Verified that all motorized snow equipment is operational. All machines have been reviewed.
• Holiday decorations are being taken down. 
• Car No.2 is 90% complete. Anticipated completion date is Friday the 13. Not sure when NYC/DOB will inspect.  
• We did make space in 501 for the elevator crews to store their tools/materials to save time on transportation. That project is to begin Monday January 9,2012. 
• Please respond to the previous e-mail on the vote for the professional to preform LL11 inspection. 
• We are still in search for a Super.
