- Elevators: 601 A car no.2 is scheduled for NYC inspection on or before; Friday, January 27, 2012. The marble walls will be installed on Monday, January 30, 2012. The video surveillance system has been ordered with preliminary wiring starting next week. Serria is aware of our concerns on some of these delays and is communicating that to city.
- On Friday January 20, 2012 the operating car in 501-A did brake down where the modernization mechanics were unable to restore service and did dispatch a mechanic. Security assisted residents in crossing the roof.
- Energy Conservation: PEG is coming thru for a meeting on Monday at 1:30pm to discuss some of the specific proposals. There is a meeting on Tuesday for HESS to do a preliminary walk thru on Tuesday 11:00 am. Those who are available are welcome to sit in.
- Security: We got a higher stool for guard so they can be visible. We have a meeting scheduled for Wednesday 1,25,2012 at 2:00pm. Those who can attend are welcome.
- Flag water proofing is filing for the rigging permit. Upon receipt they will be contacting Brian O'Donnell to schedule his inspection.
- We have contacted Mr. Tom Higgins giving him approvals to proceed.
- The tractor has finally arrived.
- We have discussed snow preparations with the staff.
- We have renewed the FTAP program with 60.
- We have started working with the new accountant by providing 2011 information.
