How well does BrightstarDB scale? I don't readily see this from the main website. Please provide some specifics if possible. I am comparing this to Neo4j but I'm a .Net and M.S. guy so I would like to "stay in the family" and possibly use this on azure for my app(s). Also looking for the Graph DB that will suite our Enterprise applications at work. I am an Architect there so I can suggest BrightstarDB if it meets most of our criteria.

Neo4j is a mature db with lots of in production applications, brightstardb is not, also one is a graph db the other is a triple store. In case you need a triple store you can use EF linq api(C#) with any other triple store endpoint(works with http rest) because it's a standard. There are many triple stores scalable up to trilion of triples.
