First you need a phone and then to use your finger to dial the numbers in.
Then... you probably should use two noughts to replace the "+" bit. For example:
00353 14361000.

Relieved to hear that you found my (and perhaps Tim Cox's) last response to this
a need to 'rofl'.

I'll be honest with you, I had to Google 'rofl'. Turns out it's some geek/nerd
thing that means ... well you know. So, this beggars the question - why is a
geek like you posting a question on BNM that can quite clearly be answered via
Google? Myself, not being familiar with 'rofl' is geek enough to know that one
should - Google first, BNM later!!!

I need to follow up on a letter to David Sneddon, the MD as I have an issue which has gone on for nearly 2 years with around 400 emails and no resolution.   

+35314361000 does not give me the option to speak a receptionist who can put me through. Does anyone have another number that will do so?
