[BNM] house price finder

anyone know of a website that shows the price a house has been sold
I've tried thisishouseprices.co.uk but the 3 properties I'm interested
in aren't listed
(trying to re-mortgage and the surveyor has just removed about 25% off
what we paid for our property 2 years ago) (bit pissed)

postcode as none of the others in the block have appeared.

Hey John,

The Government releases these figures every 3 months so no-one will
have *really* up-to-date prices.

You could have a look at http://aboutmyplace.co.uk. Enter your
postcode then zoom in one-level and you'll get house prices in your
area. Same thing holds though: looks like the latest data is from
July 2008...
