Job description:
Set-up, configuration and development of SailPoint IdentityIQ platforms (3yrs+)
IAM experience (3ys+)
Perform Java development (5yrs+)
Communicate aspects of the implementation at a technical and/or functional level appropriate for the situation.
Application of software development principles, theories, concepts, and techniques.
Agile development (1yr+)
Understand Business Requirements; participates in System Requirement Analysis; design Applications based on System Requirements and Architecture, prototype if necessary, develop, unit test and deployment.
Comply with development standards and general industry-based practices.
Contribute to the enhancement of application development/delivery standards, tools and processes.
Evangelize new technologies and tools, promote top code quality by leading design and code reviews, and solve challenging issues related to performance tuning and scalability.
Train new and/or junior members of the team
Responsible for the overall system design. Documents development requirements for database, applications, and operation system environment. Consults with end users to test and debug applications to meet client needs. Serves as expertise in all aspects of designing and application development. May conduct training to IT Staff. Requires a bachelor's degree and may be expected to have an advanced degree in area of specialty and 3-6 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Demonstrates expertise in a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of complicated tasks. May provide consultation on complex projects and is considered to be the top level contributor/specialist. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department.
