I need to follow up on a letter to David Sneddon, the MD as I have an issue which has gone on for nearly 2 years with around 400 emails and no resolution.  Their support options are dire and their responses are standard templates that ignore my questions and responses to theirs.

+35314361000 does not give me the option to speak a receptionist who can put me through. Does anyone have another number that will do so?

I can only imagine your frustration with trying to reach Google Ireland!
Here are a few suggestions that might help:
  1. Try reaching out via LinkedIn: You could attempt to connect with David Sneddon or other Google Ireland executives on LinkedIn and briefly explain your situation.
  2. Escalate through official channels: If you haven't already, try explicitly requesting an escalation to a manager or supervisor in your next communication with Google support.
  3. Ombudsman or consumer protection: Consider reaching out to Ireland's Competition and Consumer Protection Commission or an ombudsman service if you believe consumer rights are being violated.
  4. Legal consultation: If the issue is severe enough, you might want to consult with a lawyer who could potentially find alternative means of contact or take legal action if warranted
  5. Public forums or social media: Sometimes, companies are more responsive when issues are raised publicly on platforms like Twitter or their official forums.
  6. Physical mail: Sending a formal letter to their office address might get more attention than emails.
Sorry I can't provide a direct solution or alternative contact number.
I hope you're able to find a resolution soon.
