I'm just putting the feelers out for looking at buying a place. It's
just an idea at the moment as i don't know anything really about the
housing market as it stands. Can anyone recommend a good IFA who will
give me advice and not just a sales pitch? I did a search on the BMN
archives and only found postings from a year ago (although i phoned
one of the people before realising the post was over 2 and a half
years old - oops!)

Cheers,

M

Hi,

Yeah, the chap we use is very good (nice bloke too) - Don McInnes - phone
nunber 01732 450188.

We've used him for a number of uses on the various mortgages we have had -
he's very efficient and actively looks for he best deal for you depending
upon your circumstances.

Regards

- Alan

Martyn,

I've always used Skerritts, on Church Road in Hove for all my
mortgages/pensions/insurance etc etc. They've a always been pretty good -
for me anyway!

Their site is (rubbish I know!)
http://www.skerritts.co.uk/
