aspect of our lives. Mariam Crichton will talk about GIS and
demonstrate FIND, a pioneering web mapping technology company that she
is Development Director of. She will cover what the geospatial
industry is, how it is used and developed over the years. Her
demonstration will show the current power of professional mapping,
reflecting how the use of spatial data impacts nearly every aspect of
society, from governance and planning to the environment.
