I see last post was last year, hopfully the group is still active. We're a vegan couple in Hove, enjoying countryside walks incorporating wild foods foraging. Recently we've been also visiting water springs, harvesting spring water. On our trips we also like to check out vegan cafes, health food stores, farmers markets in the area. If anyone would like to join us, feel free to message me.

Hi Adam,

I'm up for a walk and a forage. Could do this weekend?

Hey Chris,
We are planning a trip towards Hastings on Friday with a friend of ours. But
could make it Saturday if you'd like to join.

We want to visit a spring in Alexandra Park, to try chalybeate (iron rich)
water from there.
Last time we found small coop health foods shop there called Trinity Foods -
that might be worth popin in.
I think boys will want to try http://www.shakeaway.com/ - that does vegan
options.
I'm not sure where would be the best to forage in the area, but there's
plenty places to have a walk, and surely we find at least blackberries.
Maybe this would be quite interesting:

You're welcome to suggest places you know or would like to see, we're really
easy about it.
There's no schedule as such, it's a leisure trip so we wont rush. Unless
we're hungry :)
We'd leave Brighton about 10am? Could collect you on the way.

Yeah, that's about it, ask anything etc..

Thanks, Adam
