Crunch accounting

Anyone have experience with Crunch? https://www.crunch.co.uk

They are based in Brighton and have a cloud service for book-keeping and accounts. Looks impressive but before I jump in ...

I've been using them since August - they've been great. Staff are very helpful and web-based system is easy enough to use.

Thanks Paul. Are they proactive with advice on expenses too? My last accountant just left me to it and I totally ballsed up my book-keeping.

When you first sign up you're assigned a contact whose role is to help new clients get to grips with how they work - just go to them with any worries you have and they will definitely help. I found their system for logging expenses easy enough so didn't get any specific help with it. They can also arrange for your bank account statements to get automatically uploaded into their system so it's easy to reconcile any expenses that were incurred using your business account debit or credit card.
