I am currently working with a partner agency to create a brief for companies to develop an App to view videos and imagery and "stories". It will require personalisation for each user and the content will be drawn from a Microsite.

Need a developer/ company to work with us on this, it will be paid work. Examples of previous projects similar would be a huge advantage.
