Hi Guys,

Hope you don’t mind me posting this here. I’m a long term lurker as Brighton is my home town and although I work with Ruby predominantly a lot of Rails teams require iOS & Android devs from time to time.

Anyways to cut a long story short. A Major London based rails team got in contact today and gave me some exclusive roles. I’m looking for Senior iOS devs and Senior Android devs to work on a long term project with a very good day-rate. You’ll be working alongside some of the best rails devs in the country. Its onsite in London but might even be able to swing some room for semi-remote working.

If anyone is interested feel free to get in contact.

Best

To be clear, speaking as list-owner:

Job-postings for anything mobile (iPhone, Android, WindowsMobile, Blackberry) are *fine* so long as they are targeted at Brighton-based people.

i.e. if something requires on-site work in ... say ... New York, that would not be OK :).

But if it's on-site in London, or it's open to remote-workers - that's cool.

How about a meet up? We have not had one for a while. If someone wants to talk about something then great, otherwise I would be up for a beverage?
Anyone else?
Cheers

I hope to come along. I've been lurking on here for a long time but properly started developing iOS apps about six months ago - shortly after the last meetup as far as I can tell.

Cheers,

Paul.

Well volunteered, Oh Organiser! :)

If we ask nicely, the Quadrant will book out the room - but someone needs to go in one day and check with the landlord that that evening is available (I'll drop in myself if I get a chance, but very busy this week + next).

Ok that is a date then
18th of April at 7pm.
Anyone who is in Brighton can they please volunteer to go to the pub and infer the landlord as per Adams email?
No one want to do a presentation?

?

I will email again that week/ day to remind. If someone else does as well, that is great, because I have a brain like a sieve.

Cheers
