We're getting ready to submit our first iphone app, and I want to
ensure we comply with the various OSS licenses we're using.

What have other people done when including 3rd party licences, e.g.
the Apache licence for Cordova:

http://www.apache.org/licenses/LICENSE-2.0

Do you link to that page or include the text of the licence in full?
