Standing project meetings

With the new year we'll be resuming weekly 30 minute project meetings
on Jabber. Meetings will be at 7:30MT every Thursday, starting
tomorrow. I imagine that's too short notice for most, but Eric Larson
and I will be meeting to discuss architecture of the annotations
system. Feel free to join us in the Jabber room

I'll keep minutes and post them on the Wiki after the meeting.
