ruby 2.7.1 packages now available in experimental, for xenial and bionic

Hi,

we're back on with building the Ruby packages for ubuntu - sorry for the delays. So first off, we've got ruby 2.7.1 packages built for xenial and bionic. Currently in experimental, but will get them fully released shortly.

We're a small team and supporting us on Patreon will help us justify committing our engineering resources to the (fairly considerable) time and effort required to release these packages.

We've got some future plans too, including a multi-version repository where new package releases won't replace older packages so you'll be able to choose the specific package version you need. I know that's something a lot of you are interested in!
