Ruby 2.6 and Ubuntu 20.24 LTS

to Brightbox Ruby Ubuntu Packaging

Hi,

I was looking for an 2.6 ruby for Ubuntu 20.24 and I found the Brightbox repositories - unfortunately they are not available for 20.24, latest version is 18 - is support for 20.24 planned?

Hi Klaus,

Ruby 2.5, 2.6 and 2.7 are now available for 20.04 in the experimental PPA. They've passed all our automated tests and I'll be copying them over to full release in a few days unless we find any major problems. Let me know if you manage to test it and have any feedback, thanks!
