PPA not working on ubuntu 19.10

Hello, I cannot install the PPA on ubuntu 19.10. Getting this output when adding the ppa

sudo apt-add-repository ppa:brightbox/ruby-ng
 Next generation Ubuntu packages for Ruby 2.6, 2.5, 2.4, 2.3, 2.2, 2.1, 2.0 1.9.3 and 1.8.
