Manage your autoship by logging into your online account and navigating to Manage Subscriptions. From here, view your upcoming delivery schedule, cancel your Autoship, check your billing information, and see your purchase history.
We'll give you a heads up when your autoship order is coming up, just in case you need to make any adjustments. We'll also notify you in the event of any billing or stock issues. Communication is key!

To keep track of your autoship deliveries, we will always send a reminder email a handful of days in advance of your next billing date. We simply ask that you make any adjustments or cancellations needed within that window. Unfortunately, after an autoship order is billed, we are unable to cancel or make adjustments.
