After introducing himself and remarking that the Ultras were stronger than he expected, Tartarus prepared to kill the five heroes, and fired another blast of his Absolute Destruction, which Cosmos and Justice blocked. As the dust cleared, a single, glowing figure appeared in place of Cosmos and Justice, which then fully revealed itself as Ultraman Legend. A shot of Legend's Spark Legend led Tartarus to flee, and the Ultra then defused back into Cosmos and Justice. Ultra Galaxy Fight: The Absolute Conspiracy

Ultraman Legend appears in the video game Ultraman Fighting Evolution 3 as a new character. Although he's a playable character, he is unable to be saved on the memory card. Due to his finisher, which can destroy any enemies with one hit and is unblockable, he can be only saved through an Action Replay MAX and Save State (EMULATOR).
