Hello Brigade COO and Senior Management Team,
 
Please refer to this latest email, as additional owners have been included. 

We, the 150+ owners of Brigade Oasis, Bangalore (In CC) , strongly request that you arrange a virtual meeting at the earliest with your top leadership team.

The villa plot registration and possession have already been delayed by more than 7 months, and to date, we have not received any clear communication or confirmed timeline regarding the registration date.

This has become a matter of serious concern for all owners, especially since over 90% of the payment has already been made. Despite fulfilling our financial commitments, we continue to face uncertainty and lack of clarity from Brigade.

We therefore request you to urgently arrange a virtual meeting this week to provide clear, transparent, and definitive information on:

  • Registration timelines

  • Possession dates

  • The concrete plan of handover

We expect Brigade to honor its commitments and ensure that villa plot registrations and possessions are completed at the earliest in the coming weeks.

We look forward to your prompt response to invite an URGENT meeting and the decisive action.
