This message is being sent to multiple groups which contain owners of Brigade Lakefront & other interested parties. In the interest of consolidation of all communication, a number of us are trying to bring all owners to one forum, as discussed recently when about 15 of us had met up. We have recently had some questions as well addressed by Brigade.

This apartment adda group also contains the land owner and representatives.

If you own a flat in Brigade Lakefront, please join https://apartmentadda.com/brigade-lakefront. You will be asked to enter an OTP (one time password) sent to your mobile. Block to be mentioned in a format similar to A, D, K, etc. Flat Number to be mentioned in a format similar to 0008, 1505, etc.

We want to restrict this group to owners only for the moment (after possession, we will include tenants as well). So for now, the membership request will be accepted once you have uploaded some document proving ownership (examples are demand letter, payment receipts etc from Brigade). You may remove sensitive information from the document, if any.

Since we are using a free version of apartment adda until the association is formed, etc,  there will be a few constraints for the moderators and we request your cooperation during this period.
