[Canyon] Strange encounter on Green Mountain, skies

Hi neighbors -

Please see the note below, detailing a rather strange encounter here on Bridger Woods Rd. Hopefully this is nothing sinister, but I'm sharing it to see if any similar events turn up, and as a reminder to look out for each other.

On another note, be sure to spend some time outside on these clear nights. Jupiter is extremely bright in the SE in the evening, and Mars is getting bright as it comes into opposition. The Milky Way has been very prominent, and I think we're already seeing Orionid meteors (the peak of the shower is Friday morning). Don't miss it!

At 4:30:today, five teens rang my doorbell. FedEx cannot find my doorbell!!

I opened my garage passenger door....they said they saw this house and would like to come in for a tour!

There are no for sale signs....

I asked them why and they said they thought it was a cool house.

I did not let them in.
I asked where they lived and they said they were staying at a friends house about a mile away.

They would not give the name. I asked you walked a mile up here? The kid said I am 15 and can drive.

They had a white vehicle but I could not see it as it was on our pad......

It truly was the weirdest encounter I have had up here.

They were very small kids....but could have taken me down... the Sheriff is a friend and he thought it was all strange,

He is going to have his guys looking out on BCR tonight.

There is NO reason a 14 year kid would want to view my house.

One of them said...I promise I won’t murder or steal from you.

They were in a white vehicle but I didn’t get to see it.
