[Canyon] Newsletter highlights & General Meeting

Hi neighbors -

The BCPOA General Meeting is on Tuesday, 7pm at the FD community room
(also streamed on Zoom but it'll be harder to participate that way).

Apart from meeting your neighbors and various Canyon groups, there's one
burning issue we'll be talking about: the next round of zoning updates.
For several years, we've been trying to pursue a cooperative path with
the county, waiting for the department to make resources available for
completing the components left out of the 2021 update. That hasn't
happened, so BCPOA will be submitting a text amendment to update several
sections in the next few months. We'd like to update you and hear your
thoughts on density, PUDs and short term rentals.
