Two errors have come to my attention:

Auto-hyphenation makes Brad Smith's email address for the Men's Club look like brad-s...@outlook.com when it is actually bradsm...@outlook.com

HB257 actually was amended to prevent side effects on zoning (see HB299, which expressly exempts "the enforcement of zoning provisions as allowed in 76-2-113 and 76-2-210” from the 2021 statute).
