To all BLV Holiday Event Attendees:

’Twas the night before the big event and all through BLV there’s great anticipation for tomorrow’s sold-out BLV Holiday Social at Churchill Rec Center (Paddock Room), starting 6:00 PM. Thank you for the terrific cooperation from everyone (and the Social Committee)!

A few quick reminders:

This is a Villages facility—please bring your Villages ID or Guest ID
The final attendee list and entrée selections are shown in the table below.

Arrival / Check-in:
Please enter through the main entry door. You’ll be greeted, checked in, and given a name tag (name and street address) so we can all get to know each other.

Seating:
Open seating, 6 guests per table (12 tables / 72 guests). Since we’re at capacity, please expect almost all seats to be filled.

50/50 Raffle:
At entry you may purchase 50/50 tickets from Dan Davis (our MC). The drawing will be held after dinner.

Dinner & Program:
Tables will be called by number for service. We’ll have three Carrabba staff serving entrées, with separate tables for dessert and beverages. After dinner, we’ll switch to our DJ for the evening.

We’ll plan for the last dance around 8:30 PM, and we must vacate by 9:00 PM.
