To all BLV Holiday Event Attendees:
One week from today, Monday, December 15, at Churchill Rec Center, beginning at 6 PM the holiday event takes place. The event is a “sell out” with the best attendance ever at a BLV event. Thanks for all the great cooperation from attendees (and the Social Committee). The final attendees list and entrée preference is as indicated in the table below. (Remember, the evening is BYOB. Also remember this event is being held at a Villages facility and you will need to show you Villages ID or guest ID.)
We ask that attendees enter the Paddock room at Churchill through the main entry door where you will be greeted, name checked off the attendance list, and you will be given a “name tag” to be used for the evening. The tag has name and street address, so we all get to know each other in a consistent manner. Seating is “open seating” with six guests per table – a total of 12 tables of 6 guests for 72 capacity. As we are at capacity, please expect that all seats at each table will be occupied.
Also, at the time of entry you will have the opportunity to purchase a 50/50 ticket(s), from Dan Davis our MC for the evening, for a chance to win half the tickets sales proceeds. The drawing for the winner will be made after dinner.
Each table will have an associated number which will be called when it is time for a given table to be served. There will be a “wait staff” of three from Carrabba providing entrée service. Separate tables will be set for dessert and beverages. When dining is complete, we will switch entertainment to our DJ for the evening.
The “last dance “ will be at approximately 8:30 PM as we need to vacate the premises by 9 PM
