Pond fish are being overfed

Please note that we have gone through a large amount of fish food in a short amount of time leading us to assume that the fish are being overfed through multiple/duplicate feedings by multiple people.  Please note also, that residents are out-of-pocket for the fish food so we try to be efficient in the feedings.

 

If you are not assigned to feed the fish, please do not feed them.  We have a resident gardener that looks after the fish.

 

If you are feeding the fish with your child/children as a fun activity, please just feed the fish a “symbolic” amount, that is a small amount or a “pinch” of food. 

 

This should eliminate overfeeding.
