New donation form -- anyone want to help with website?

We have looked into FlipCause which is specifically for non-profit fund-raising and has lower fees and more options than paypal, and *should* be easier to integrate with our websites.

We need a volunteer (or two) who can draft some basic text for the description, receipt, etc. and add a snippet of HTML to a new page:

Mary and I decided to split the work on a few of the pending volunteer task.  I came up with some text (with help from volunteer Jason Shen) and will make a test page later today.  If anyone wants to collaborate on some jekyll wrangling, let me know or if you want to help with words or pictures that would be awesome.
