Porting BridgeDbR to Python

Hi all,

I'd like to port https://www.bioconductor.org/packages/release/bioc/html/BridgeDbR.html to Python.

But I'm having trouble finding an rJava equivalent package in Python.

I'd really appreciate it if you could give me your opinion.

Hi Kozo,

ah, a recurrent question: how to use Java libraries in Python, and I know about Jython, a Java implementation of Python, but not sure that will work...
