Hi all,

But I'm having trouble finding an rJava equivalent package in Python.
I'd really appreciate it if you could give me your opinion.

Regards,

Kozo

Hi Kozo,

ah, a recurrent question: how to use Java libraries in Python, and I know about Jython, a Java implementation of Python, but not sure that will work...

Hi, do you like citation networks? Already 51% of all citations are available available for innovative new uses. Join me in asking the American Chemical Society to join the Initiative for Open Citations too. SpringerNature, the RSC and many others already did.

Hi Egon,

Thanks for your advice.
I will probably use https://github.com/kivy/pyjnius
I will ask you again if there is anything I don't understand about https://github.com/bridgedb/BridgeDbR
